At a trade show in Frankfurt this week and it was great to see in the trends hall for 2012/13 that colour and pattern is still going to be so strong, modern and fun. These photos I took of one area really sum up the bold and intense saturated colours that we can mix with lots of White in our interiors.
The craft trend continued as well seeing craft look or hand made items being combined with industrial influences in luminous natural colours. This is a lovely homely look of mixed textures, colours and patterns in a contemporary style.
Also there was a lovely luxurious dark lux trend that was very mystical in feel using effortlessly rich and lustrous materials in blacks, greys, taupes, metals and soft metallic beiges - Mixing geometrics and textures.
